Only changes besides the move: `export` on helpers another module now needs (sendError, sendJson, splitUrl, GzipCache, isNotModified, serveFile, serveMedia, noopLog, makeLogger), ROOT resolves two levels up from server/http/config.js (same path), and short headers on the new files.
