Tests: test/sim/feedback5-raid-own-board.test.js — the pair field (the right player's member onto the left telin's board tile (2,3), the left player's onto the mirrored right (2,17), the hand rows closed) and the two-helper 联防 (each helper onto the other's half; 乌尔比安 beside a teammate stays on his own) fail on the parent; the solo boss field's hand rows and the lone helper unchanged.
Docs: docs/history/0.2.1.md (new, §26; §26.1 cites the owner's decision and PRTS 卫戍协议/帮助 §联防阶段), the DESIGN index row and versions line, a pointer from §25.18.1, docs/SIM.md (onFieldBoard; onOwnBoard now 乌尔比安's only).
- server/sim/units.js `downAtHome` (false), cleared by every deployment (battle/deploy.js _deploy).
- kits/ops/chess_char_5_05-ulpia.js sets it once the S3 【移动】 has put him on the anchor tile; onEnd clears it when the
skill ends with him standing (the 【返回】); knocked out, it stays for the body.
- sim/battle/tiles.js _layBody: a unit holding it lies on its home tile (his board placement, where the 从不混淆的方向
stood) when that tile is in the rect and free — else where it fell [ASSUMED], the PRTS exception's one attempt; the
timed redeploy, 不屈's and CB1's 复活 (M3茧甲 / 埃芒加德: at once, free) all come back there (restTile), b.snap
`down` names it. Every other moved operator (a 突袭 jump, other kits' 【移动】) keeps "where it fell".
- Test: test/sim/feedback5-ulpia-revive-home.test.js (3) — knocked out during S3 he lies at home, the anchor tile free,
and redeploys there; revived at home by M3茧甲; control: after the 【返回】 and for a 突袭 member the PRTS rule holds. The
first two fail on the parent (he lay and stood up on (10,7)); the third fails there only on the missing field.
- Docs: DESIGN §25.17.3 (the decision, marked as the owner's deviation; the §25 intro's decisions of 2026-10-07),
docs/SIM.md §1, DESIGN §5 (design/engine.md DP / knocked-out line), docs/PLAYING.md 作战 row.

Official: PRTS 乌尔比安 S3 备注 ③ — the 【移动】 takes the anchor tile if it can be deployed on, else the tile one beyond, else
his own tile. Cause: "deployable" was any standable tile of the battle rect; UNITE_RECT holds both halves of the 联防 map, and
on escaped_single (the lone helper on the left half, the enemies out of the middle gate at col 10) an anchor that met no
enemy flew on to the right half, where no enemy walks, and he stood there for the whole skill. Now the landing must also
lie on his player's board: Battle.onOwnBoard(ps, r, c), the board region GEO.FIELD mapped onto the field (the hunk is
byte-identical to CB4's 219ab31, which uses it for the 突袭 landing, so the two merge cleanly).
Golden: 1 scenario — fields hidden-boss_9-solo: his first cast from (2,5) landed on (2,11), the solo boss field's right
half (checked instrumented); he now stays and the fight differs from there. Tests: test/sim/feedback5-ulpia-own-board.test.js
(4; the one-helper and the two-helper 联防 cases fail on the parent); test/sim/facing-invariance.test.js — its open field
has no boards, so its setup counts every tile as the player's own (the own-board rule is a board-position rule, like the
deployment order the scenario already avoids).
Pure move: every line of a kit, of a helper and of the tier headers is copied verbatim (only the headers' first
line names the new file); a helper used by one kit moved into that kit's file. Glue only: the generated imports,
`export default { … }` around each registry entry, `export { … }` lists in shared/tier2..6.js, and tier4's
`(bb, chess, def)` default-argument wrapper as shared/tier4.js `withDefaults` (applied in each tier-4 kit file).
kits/index.js loads every kit file with a guarded dynamic import (browser-safe, no directory listing); tierN.js
re-export the tier registry (TIER_KITS) and their old named exports (tier1 helpers + tinmanKit, tier6
PITHST_ELEMENTS). The merged registry, every tier default and named export have the same keys, order, frozenness
and function sources as before. test/docs-consistency.test.js reads the moved code at its new paths.
Golden: GOLDEN_FULL=1 node --test test/golden.test.js unchanged.
