sganggs ba8c2d9f03 feedback5 O18: 傀影's 镜中虚影 holds 禁疗 and is withdrawn (not knocked out) when he leaves the field ...

PRTS 镜中虚影 备注 "持有禁疗" / "傀影退场时强制撤退场上的镜中虚影" and the twin's prefab (CommonAbilities charge_token[finish]
carrying abnormal flag 7 = 禁疗): the twin's kit gives it 禁疗 (the data's `abnormal` lacks it — given by the kit, as the
凯尔希 / 机械师 kits do for their summons) and his leaving withdraws it (reason 'retreat') instead of a kill.
test/content/op_phatom.test.js checks both (8 tests). Golden unchanged (the diy family places no summon).

feedback5 R1: startServer and main become wiring — PORT / HOST / TRUST_PROXY and the option picks go to http/config.js, the session stack and the /ws upgrade to http/websocket.js, the request listener and /healthz to http/routes.js (new), the security headers and the clientError 400 to http/common.js, the banner, signals and entry check to http/boot.js

feedback5: merge W5M — the nine 0.1.4 PRs (#150 #66 #146 #74 #72 #103 #149 #109 #160) and W4A (高台 per the trait, 阿戈尔 revive slots, 联防 devour) ported into the split layout

feedback5 WD: the sim fields a 补位 stand-in — getChess(id, { standIn: true }) over data/backups.json, PlayerBattleInput standIn: true, kits by the stand-in's charId (never the replaced operator's), kits/ops/standin-<codename>.js registry, harness standIn
