sganggs 43ef50ece7 feedback1 integrate: rule 3 counts the home of a summon that is gone; timed redeploys check the DP first (QA) ...

A summon leaves its home free only once it has expired or been killed, and _layBody skipped removed pieces, so a body
on the home of 浊心斯卡蒂's expired 海嗣 stayed there and kept the 海嗣 from coming back. Every board piece's home counts
now. _checkRedeploys tests the DP before the tile scans, so an operator waiting for DP no longer scans every ally.
